These are the terms and conditions governing the use of Ngere Business Institute (the Website) and the agreement that operates between us and you (the Terms). The Website is owned and operated by Ngere Business Institute (us/our/we) and these Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users (you/your) in relation to your use of the Website. Our right to make changes
- From time to time, we may update these Terms and/or change the Services for valid business reasons to reflect changes in business needs including, but not limited to, changes in features and functionality, changes in market conditions, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in system capabilities. To the extent permitted by law, changes are effective immediately upon posting on our Website and User’s continued use of any of the Services following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that User accepts and agrees to the changes, to the extent permitted by applicable laws. You should review the Terms to ensure you are aware of the latest version.
- If we make any material change to these Terms, it will be announced and posted here. Please revise carefully once notified about the changes. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes. If you do not wish to continue using the Service under the new version of the Terms, you may cancel your membership by deleting your account or by contacting us at support@ganzabacademy.rw.

- The material contained within the courses on the Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Ngere Business Institute does not represent that information contained on or available via the Website is accurate or complete and accordingly it should not be relied on as such. You should not rely on any such information. Any arrangements made between you and any other person, using or named on the Website are entirely at your sole risk and responsibility.
- To the extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:
- all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity;
- any liability for loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of the Website, any websites linked to it and any material posted on it;

Limits of Use
You may use our Website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Website:
- In any way that breaches any applicable law and regulation
- In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent
- To download any content from courses when it’s not permitted;
- To transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
- To upload on the site contents that harass, discriminate others or contents that promote illegal activities
You also agree:
- Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our website in contravention of the provisions of these Terms;
- Not to use ad-blocking software;
- Not to charge others for the use of Ngere Business Institute ’s contents from this site
Membership
- When you sign up for our Services you will become a member of Ngere Business Institute . Your Ngere Business Institute membership will continue until terminated by You or us.
- As part of our leaderboard functionality, the name given when registering with Ngere Business Institute will be shown and be visible to other members of Ngere Business Institute .
- If you have made an input error when registering please login into your member’s area, go to your Profile and amend your details accordingly. Should you encounter any issues or need further assistance please contact us at support@ngere.rw.
- Ngere Business Institute aims to offer online business learning programmes – including engaging online and offline workshops, courses and professional and business development materials for individuals and companies. As our goal is to enable people and companies to perform better on Rwandese market, we make most of our services free of charge. However, some of our services or materials may be offered at a lower or affordable fee. In such case, the member is required to complete the requested payment.
- If you order a payable service, we will make the digital content available for download by you as soon as we accept your order. You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. You acknowledge that you do not have a right to change your mind in respect of one-off purchase of digital content where we have provided, or started to provide, you with access to the relevant digital content.
- During your membership you will have access to your signed up course digital materials, online classes at which you can ask questions, you can communicate with instructors and contact us at support@ngere.rw . In addition, members of certain courses may have access to other services or tools provided by Ngere Business Institute at a free of charge, for instance our market research reports.
- Our services are not intended for children use. Therefore, we request only participants from 18 years old and above to use our service. In case a minor from (16 years old) is willing and believes that our services may be of a great use to his development, a parent or guardian might support the minor by creating the account and notify Ngere Business Institute about such case, and he is required to regular monitors the content his child access from our site. In case those steps are not followed and Ngere Business Institute learns about it, the account will be deleted as well as the provide personal information as it is stated in our privacy policy.
- To acquire Ngere Business Institute membership is done individually. Meaning it is also prohibited for multiple people to use the same account. Everyone is required to create their own accounts.
Complaints and online dispute resolution
For any dispute between you and us, you agree that you will first attempt to resolve it with us informally. In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve the dispute in this manner within 30 days of the dispute being notified in writing we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Rwanda to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms and the relationship between you and us.
Notwithstanding this, you agree that we are permitted to apply for injunctive remedies (or other types of urgent interim relief) in any jurisdiction at any time.

Injunction
The user acknowledges that a breach of any confidentiality or proprietary rights provision of these Terms of Use may cause Ngere Business Institute irreparable damage, for which the award of damages would not be adequate compensation. Consequently, Ngere Business Institute may seek an injunction to prevent the user from taking any and all acts in violation of those provisions, which remedy shall be cumulative and not exclusive, and Ngere Business Institute may seek the entry of an injunction enjoining any breach or threatened breach of those provisions, in addition to any other relief to which Company may be entitled at law or in equity.
Understanding
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between the user and Ngere Business Institute with respect to the Services and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, warranties or terms of use, both written and oral, with respect to the Services.
