About Us

Ngere Business Institute is a business training non-profit organisation for Rwandans’ youth. WHY? Rwanda is a fast and strong economically growing country due to many favourable business policies imposed by the government. Industrialisation is growing and there are many opportunities within the tourism, ICT and innovation, beauty and fashion, furnishing, energy, mining, agricultural and manufacturing industries. There are also opportunities to provide various services to support those industries. All the same, Rwanda is a small country and it can only provide a limited number of job opportunities but this should not be seen as a disadvantage rather an advantage to realize and create many leveraged opportunities.

Our aim is to support the youth of Rwanda so that they can move away from looking for jobs after school and college, towards becoming entrepreneurs. We aim to teach the youth about the available opportunities and how to start successful business ventures. Areas such as how to start a business, digital marketing, market research, funding, competition and business strategy will be discussed on an advanced level. In addition, other relevant theoretical or practical courses that might further their understanding and executing of business principles will be offered.

Our mission is to transform and elevate the lives of Rwandan youths, by providing them with free but advanced business training so that many can start and successfully run their own businesses. That way they can create wealth for themselves and create jobs for many others.

Vision Statement

We aim to be innovation and success driver of many Rwandan youth, by being any institution where they can come and fetch the knowledge, information, motivation and support to start and build sustainable and successful ventures.

Why free courses?

At Ngere Business Institute , we believe that everybody should be given an opportunity to know, to learn and elevate their lives.  It is well-known that entrepreneurship is the key driver of the economy. Wealth and the majority of jobs are created by entrepreneurially minded people. Since they can, I can and You can be an entrepreneur and support the economy growth of the country, yourself and the people around you. So Ngere Business Institute realized that through offering the courses for free, it would make the necessary business knowledge attainable for every youth in our country.

 Also, the courses will be offered online, which is a much cheaper option than face-to-face training in a classroom. Thus, we are in a very good position to offer free course programs. Free does not imply low quality. We will thrive to keep up with the latest business-related knowledge on the global market. In addition, we will introduce other support programs to help many young entrepreneurs to succeed, while creating more jobs in Rwanda
